In the Braden head ( also known as the casing head) squeeze cemented method, squeeze cemented method of cement slurry is injected in to the well through the production tubing to the area to be sealed. When slurry is positioned, the producing tubing is raised and the level of cement and pressure is applied through the tubing string. The cement slurry is forced ( by Pressure) into the opening to be closed. The remaining cement can be circu¬ lated out of the hole by reverse circulation or can be left to set and drilled out ( if needed) after it hardens.
